• Completed the NEP 2020 Orientation and Sensitization Programme under the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme (MM-TTP), organized by UGC–MMTTC, University of Kerala, from 7 October 2024 to 17 October 2024, with an additional session attended on 24 October 2024 to compensate for a missed theme conducted from 21 October 2024 to 1 November 2024.
• Completed the Faculty Development Programme on "Advances in Effective Teaching" organized by IQAC, Sree Narayana College, Kollam, in association with the Kerala State Higher Education Council, from 1 November 2023 to 8 November 2023.
• Participated in the One-Week Faculty Development Programme for IQAC Coordinators in Colleges Affiliated to the University of Kerala, conducted by UGC–HRDC in collaboration with the Centre for Academic and Professional Training (C-APT), University of Kerala, from 26 June 2023 to 3 July 2023.
